VOCABULARY

Irregular verbs

1. students are going to play a bingo game with irregular verbs

2. each student have a bingo card with some verbs in past simple form.

3.  students check the irregular verbs in present and past form and practice making sentences using the verbs that they have.

4. teacher  has the verbs in a bag, they are written in present tense then  the teacher picks up one paper with a verb and show  it to her/his students

5 students who have the verb in past tense on their bingos card have to cross it off  and make a sentence, a negative sentence or a question in past form using the verb choosen by the teacher. -This depends on what the teacher make students do-.

6. the winner student is who has completed bingo card.or who has completed the letter given by the teacher. This letters could be: X, an L, or a M as a usual bingo game.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITY

If you want you can include the USED TO topic and practice with the students. The teacher makes students to ask questions, or make negatives and affirmative sentences in written or oral way.
